Reference#

In my db I use reference# in library section to give each CD individual number,e.g. N17,A6,etc. When I try to navigate the collection this column doesn't appear. Have tried to add a column for rererence# but nothing shows up on the collection. Any help appreciated.

Thank you for replying. I go to Navigate>entire collection but This Reference # doesn't show show up. I think I have to add it to a list somewhere.

Try this:
Right click on Title line ("Home > Entire collection")
In menue choose "Customize view..."
in Theme / "Customize fields in album view" click on "reference number"
I think then you can see your Reference number (I hope so)

Thank you for helping.Actually it was easy and quick.From "Entire collection" i right click on title ( or any heading), go to Insert and up comes a great long list of possible inserts.Now I want to try to print the list out!!!!!
