OCD Problem - Abnormal Termination

My OCD has stopped working. It crashed, but when I re-opened it, it displayed an error message - see attached image (I pressed OK to send this information to OrangeCD, but I don't know if it was sent). Also, I can't find the 'orangecd.dmp' file on my computer (no idea where it put it). After it opens, it now says I have 0 records, instead of over 4000 (see next image).

I'll try re-installing it, but before I do, is there an alternative solution?

Update: I've been trying to open it again whilst writing this message, and now it won't open at all!

I've uninstalled then re-installed OCD but it hasn't worked. Every time I try to open it, a Windows error message box is displayed (see attachment).

Hi Steven,

Replied by e-mail. Looks like your database has gotten corrupted. Send me your database file and I will run some tools on it.
