No ref number in print preview

I've come back to OCD after 3 years or so and installed the trial version of the latest version. I imported my last database (2007) which I was formerly able to print out with ref numbers in col 5.

Now the ref numbers do not appear in print preview. Is this an incompatibilty? Is there a setting which will make them visible?

You need to manually add this column to your printout. Go to menu Database -> Print Options -> List Printing, switch to Columns tab and add Ref# column to the list.

While you're on it, you can review other print settings in this dialog box and change them if needed.
