German umlauts are not displayed (anymore)

German umlauts are not correctly displayed anymore. AFAIR they were displayed correctly in the past...

Not only umlauts but all accents, such as French acute, as in Ren� Jacobs.

Please make sure you have correct character set in your OrangeCD database.

It can be checked in View -> Preferences, Database tab. Correct charset to use for umlauts and accents is "Western European".
