Changing album paths

I am moving my ripped CD collection from an internal HD on my main machine to a NAS. Is there a way to change the media files/album paths in bulk without editing each CD one by one?

I have about 1200 CDs ripped and encoded to FLAC and use OCD to play my music through a Squeezebox.
