Why are my track listings repeated?

Recently whenever I add new media files, the track listing shows each track twice. Can't figure out what's going on. I've been using OCD for years, and this hasn't happened before. Can anyone help?

Followup to my earlier question. I still haven't solved the mystery of why tracks are listed twice, but I just noticed that the problem only happens when I add FLAC files. When I add files in APE or MP3, the track listings are not repeated. Does that suggest to anyone what could be going on?

Click menu View -> Preferences, Media tab.

Check the content of File Types box. Make sure FLAC is not listed twice.

Thanks, Andrei. That was it. A while ago I was checking the settings and thought that the flac extension was missing, so I added it. However, it was already there, I just missed it. I deleted one copy and now everything is back to normal.
