A suggestion for a future version would be a field that can be marked to indicate if the CD/Album is in your iTunes Library. This could be at both Album & Track level.

One of the first things with OCD I did was to create custom checkboxes for whether a track was on iTunes and my iPod. It's very simple and a good way to learn about how easy it is to customise OCD.
