Updating Last Played field

Is there a way to manually update the Last Played field? How does the field get updated? Sorry if the answer to this has been posted - I looked online at the FAQs and went through the support forum threads but no dice.

Go to the main page for firetongue www.firetongue.com
Select products
Scroll down to the entry for November 1, 2008
Select the highlighted text
Run or save the file
"I'm Playing this now" will appear when you right click on your title.
