Hello!

I've completed registration over 40 hours ago. Order status is still Unprocessed, and Regsoft hasn't responded to my mail.
Has any of you handled such situation?

It's probably blocked somewhere in Regsoft pipeline, usually they react pretty quickly.

Please send your order number via PM or to orangecd@firetongue.com and I'll handle it.

I've tried to send you PM twice, but I don't see any in my Sent Items folder :/
Tracking number for my order is 7015168.

The issue has been successfully sorted out, I've received registration key :)
