CD drive not recognized

The CD player was not downloaded when I originally downloaded the software. How do I get the CD player to work?

Do you have more than one CD/DVD drive in your PC? It could be that OrangeCD attempts to play wrong drive. You can switch between drives by right-clicking the taskbar icon and selecting from Drives submenu.

When I click on the player icon, I get the following error message, "Could not run application. The system could not find the file specified."

This error indicates that OrangeCD player is not installed on your computer. You need to reinstall OrangeCD Suite from the link below and make sure to select "Complete Installation" option which includes the player.
