Problem with Freedb [FIXED]

Hi,

I have this quite annoying problem. I want to add a new cd from my collection with Freedb. Lets say for exemple Moonsorrow Tulimyrsky.

Okei. The OrangeCD freedb cannot find it but Freedb.org search (http://www.freedb.org/freedb_search.php) finds it? Where is the problem. This is really annoying cause Orangecd can

Hi Laama

Could you try switching to a different FreeDB server and see if it fixes the problem? You can do it in View -> Preferences, Internet tab. Select a different server in "CD info download URL" box.

I had a similar problem -- I had several CDs that Exact Audio Copy (EAC) found on freedb.org, but Orange CD was coming up with nothing. So I replaced the freedb.org URL in Orange CD with the one from EAC, and my problem is solved. Thanks, Andrei!

By the way, the URL from EAC is http://freedb.freedb.org:80/~cddb/cddb.cgi
