Squeezebox integration

I can't seem to find a way to enter the username and password for my slimserver installation in order to use the Squeezebox integration. My slimserver is exposed to the internet so I can access it from outside my LAN, so turning off the authentication is not an option.

User authentication will be supported in next release, 6.2.1.
