Extremly slow on Vista [FIXED]

Hi!

I'm using OrangeCD 6.1.9 on Vista and it's extremly slow. Everything takes forever to load. Even a simple thing as right-click your mouse on a profile to select "properties" takes forever.

Do anyone have a clue why?

Same problem here, but on XP. OrangeCD is completely unusable for me. Right clicking anything takes very long or makes OCD stall forever. Had to stop adding new CDs.

No, that didn't help. "Right-Click-Performance" is still horrible. Right-clicking on an entry in the Content window makes OCD stall.

How is it possible that a puny collection of 383 records and a 15,92 MB database should make the OrangeCD Catalog slow as hell?

Storing images "over 0 kb" and not storing thumbnails in the database solved the problem. But I'm shocked that OrangeCD couldn't manage a 15mb-db!

What is your build number? You can look it up in Help - About.

It sounds suspiciously like the problem that was fixed a while ago in build 11921.

It's version 6.1.9 build 11915. Didn't notice that there is a newer build with the same version number. Gonna try this.

All my problems (with OrangeCD) are fixed now! Thanks Andrei.
