is there a way to change the color of the background to another color besides white in the thumbs view panel?

i really want black - with white,green or red lettering.
i understand color codes - just enough to hurt myself. if some one can tell me where in the program files to change it - i would be greatly appreciative.
i have already tried to change the colors on the thumbnail table.dax, but i returned it to normal - it was wrong .dax file.

i changed all other colors to scheme way i want. This would make it perfect.

Hi Evan,

The color of thumbs view background is system color. Currently it's only customizable through system Control Panel, and the change would affect all applications.

We will probably add customization for this color in one of future versions.
