unicode support???

I am trying to figureout how to sow unicode caracters(Korean, Japanese) corecctly within the program interface..
Is it possible or the program just does not support 2-byte unicode caracters?(My windows all regional settings are set to Korean)

If the program does support unicode fully then could you please how to set it up?
