Simple Report Problem

Hello All:

I need to know if anyone knows how to modify/create a simple report. I need a list/report of Artist ~ Album ~ Year ~ Reference#

I looked at DAX edit and don't see a way to use the OrangeCD internal field "Reference#". I use this field as my main inventory control ID number.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
