Incomplete delete

I added a cd to Database A which should have been Database B. Brought up B and imported from A. Returned to A and deleted entry. Now A shows under Date Added in the content tree - Unknown and Artist Overview folder but no CD icon. Selected Artist Overview which displays line from which I can display cd info which is Artist, Title, Year, Genre and Notes from FreeDB but no tracks.

Have not tried a second delete in case you need any info. One off error?
