Where do the covers come from?

You can find the artwork for many of the covers online. Just look up the album on any review site and there should be cover art to go along with it.

A good one to start with would be All Music Guide:

Search By Artist or Album name. ;D

But first try http://www.amazon.com/ .The Covers you can click on to enlarge are the ones I get.They are in a little better shape.Then I go to allmusic.com.

Do not get Big Album Covers from Sites that have made them for Audio.You do not need them that big and it slows down your Orange Database. :-/

I'm a new Orange user for 2 days now, and I think it excels my previous cataloguing software in several points, not to mention the pleasant graphical "look", specially with the Crisp theme.
I'm seriously considering on buying the program, but the idea of having to scan or download images for all my cd's doesn't appeal at all to me. The software I currently use has that feature, so I think it might be feasable for Orange as well.

Andrei, is the automatic downloading of covers listed for a future release of Orange?
We are working on Beta 3, and it will include ability to download albums with covers from Amazon. It will be on the website very soon (matter of days, actually). Next update (Beta 4) will add ability to download covers for the albums that are already in database.
