Special Characters

Can someone tell why special characters show up differently in the database, then what you enter them as. For example, I'll enter a song title with the character '

[pheisholt]

What's you're OCD default character set? (See View | Preferences | Database Tab)
The standard default is US-ASCII, but you may have to switch to for instance Western European, if your based somewhere in Western Europe.
