I've been inputting my Bach box set (all 160 CDs worth). ;D I've split them into volumes (multiple disc sets) of around 25 discs per volume; this seems to be about the limit before the "album display" in the right panel crashes.

Each disc has "Record properties" set as follows (using "classical layout")

I encountered the same problem when adding one single CD: Even after setting the Composer field to a name, the CD still appeared under "[none]" in the content tree.

My guess is that this is a bug in the latest beta, and I submitted a bug report.
