How do i export the track lists as well?

There is a simple way to export information from any table view. Pressing Ctrl+C will copy selected rows from a table to clipboard. To put this data in Excel you can create a new Excel spreadsheet and click Edit -> Paste.

So, to export track data, first you need to display a list of albums. Any method will work, for example menu Navigate->Entire Collection.

Then switch to the Tracks view (menu View -> Tracks view).

Then select all items in the list by pressing Ctrl+A.

Then press Ctrl+C to copy data to clipboard.

Now, launch Excel, create a new Excel spreadsheet and click Edit -> Paste.
